May 09, · I understand that the inherent themes in Outlook/Office only have the Colorful, White, Grey and I was wondering if somebody, anybody has an alternative way to change them. All of these are just too ‘busy’ for me and I have issues with visual noise. The grey is best but it’s just a little too dark. Don’t mean to be picky, but when you are. However, why are themes SO bad in ? 3 horrible themes that’s all? Outlook is terrible to look at in any theme. I have the reading pane at the bottom, but everything is so boring “blaaaaaaaaaaaaah” that you can’t tell the difference. Horrible! The Outlook had a great horizontal border between the main pane and the reading pane. I’d like to see them back. I used the ‘Dark’ theme in Office , but the ‘Dark’ theme in is too dark for my liking. And too much white tends to bother my eyes. I prefer the ‘Medium’ theme color that they removed and I still don’t understand why it was removed.
